Hello Lyonsgate Families,

This upcoming Friday, May 21, is a PD day leading into the Victoria Day long weekend. Lyonsgate will be closed on Friday, May 21, and on Monday, May 24. In-person at the Primary campus (Aberdeen Casa and Toddler) and remote learning for Elementary students will be closed on both days.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

The next PA day is Friday, June 4, for Parent-Teacher conferences. Both campuses — in-person at Primary and remote for Elementary — will be closed to students. Parent-Teacher conferences will take place via Zoom. See below for instructions on how to connect with your child’s Montessori guide; an emailed version of this post will contain the guides’ Zoom Personal Meeting ID (PMI) numbers and passcodes.

How to connect:

1. You will need to have the Zoom app installed on the device you are using to connect. Open the Zoom app and click on “Join”:

 

2. Enter the Montessori guide’s PMI number and click “Join”:

 

3. Enter the Montessori guide’s Passcode and click “Join Meeting”:

4. You will be placed into the Montessori guide’s “Waiting Room” and will be let into the meeting at your selected time.

To keep everyone on schedule, please limit your conference to the selected 20-minute timeslot. Thank you.
