Dear Lyonsgate Families,
The end of the school year never ceases to amaze us. We reflect back on the students that started with us in September and recognize just how much they have grown and flourished throughout the school year. This year is no exception. It has been our absolute pleasure to learn alongside your children, and we thank you immensely for the opportunity to share in their lives, and their educational journey.
The end of a school year is always bitter sweet for a Montessori guide. While we look forward to the summer break, we never feel quite satisfied that our work is complete. There is always more, we feel, we could show the students; gifted with a Montessori curriculum that builds upon itself, it somehow feels like our work is never quite complete. Thankfully, we know they will enjoy some beautiful learning experiences throughout the summer that we can look forward to hearing about in the fall. We can also look forward to the next school year and continuing where we have left off, while also welcoming new students to begin their own, unique Montessori journey.
If your child is leaving us this year, please know we wish them, and your family, all the best.
We hope you are able to join us in celebration of the school year at Dundas Driving Park. We look forward to seeing you there, and if we don’t get to say it in person, we wish you and your family a wonderful summer!
